We want your wedding party to look and feel their best, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn dresses and suits in their original condition. Please note that custom-sized garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the shipping box, ensuring the items are folded neatly to prevent damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
